TheJiaxing Municipal Government has issued a "Notice on FurtherOptimizing Several Housing Provident Fund Policies," introducinga series of adjustments aimed at providing greater flexibility andsupport for residents. The new measures, effective from October9, cover several key areas.
嘉兴市政府发布了《关于进一步优化若干住房公积金政策的通知》，推出了一系列调整措施，旨在为居民提供更大的灵活性和支持购房政策 。这些新措施自10月9日起生效，涵盖多个关键领域。
Asignificant change involves the easing of restrictions on using theHousing Provident Fund to repay home loans taken out in othercities. Individuals who make provident fund contributions inJiaxing will no longer be required to meet contribution location orhousehold registration requirements when applying to withdraw fundsfor repaying such loans.
一个重大变化是放宽了使用住房公积金偿还异地购房贷款的限制购房政策 。在嘉兴缴纳公积金的个人，在申请提取公积金偿还此类贷款时，不再需要满足缴存地或户籍地要求。
Furthermore,the city is encouraging the purchase of environmentally friendlyhousing. Homebuyers using provident fund loans to purchasenewly-built residential properties certified as 2-star or highergreen buildings will see their eligible loan amount increased by 20%above the current maximum limit.
此外，该市鼓励购买环保住房购房政策 。使用公积金贷款购买被认证为二星级及以上绿色建筑的新建住宅的购房者，其可申请的贷款额度将在现行最高限额基础上增加20%。
Enhancedsupport is also being provided for multi-child families. Familieswith two or more children contributing to the fund in Jiaxing can nowapply for a provident fund loan up to 50% higher than the standardceiling when purchasing a self-occupied residence. Additionally,multi-child families with no property of their own who are rentingwill be allowed to withdraw funds based on their actual rental costsor their monthly contribution amount, whichever covers the excessover the standard rental subsidy limit.
多子女家庭也将获得更多支持购房政策 。在嘉兴缴纳公积金的二孩及以上家庭，在购买自住住房时，可申请的公积金贷款额度可比标准上限高出50%。此外，无自有住房且租房的多子女家庭，可根据实际租金支出或月缴存额提取公积金，以覆盖超出标准租房补贴限额的部分。
Thepolicy adjustments also introduce greater flexibility in loanrepayment. Borrowers will now be allowed to switch between equalprincipal and equal installment repayment methods after the loan isdisbursed. The minimum amount for an early partial principalrepayment has been set at 10,000 yuan.
政策调整还引入了更大的贷款还款灵活性购房政策 。借款人可在贷款发放后，在等额本金和等额本息还款方式之间切换。提前部分还本的最低金额为1万元。
Thenew policies extend eligibility to foreign talent. Those whohave obtained a Permanent Residence ID card for the People's Republicof China or hold a Category A or B work permit will enjoy the sameHousing Provident Fund rights and policies as local contributors.
新政策还将适用范围扩大到外国人才购房政策 。已获得中华人民共和国永久居留身份证或持有A类或B类工作许可证的人员，将享受与本地缴存者相同的住房公积金权益和政策。
Loansthat have already completed standard mortgage registration proceduresbefore the implementation date will continue to be governed by theprevious policies.
在实施日期之前已完成了标准抵押登记程序的贷款，将继续按照之前的政策执行购房政策 。
